The Glenview Square Dance Club, founded in 1950 in Glenview, Illlinois, is today one of the largest clubs in the state. Our members come from all around the Chicago’s north suburbs. With 75 years of dance histroy, we have made many memories.

About Us

Glenview Squares promotes square dancing by sponsoring dances and lessons. The club holds dances the first and third Friday of each month from September through May. The tips at our dances alternate between the Social Square Dance and Plus levels. See our CALENDAR pages for detailed information about all Glenview Square Dance Club events.

In addition to our dances, Glenview Squares offers beginning square dance lessons in September and January, and Plus lessons in September. Click on the LESSONS and FAQ tab for more information about learning to square dance.

The Glenview Squares Grant Fund allows the club to offer financial assistance to members and prospective members who can benefit from help with square dance-related costs including lessons, caller development, club membership dues, and special dances. Click here for details.
